AFXShutDown

With AFXForm you'll do a one time form design -which is even faster  if you got a Scanner- where the form's blanks will be matched to a text box in the screen. After this, the designed form file is stored in the Computer, and every time you need to fill its blanks you'll just call it from the Computer, check the data is right and print-it. As many times as you want.

  • No more repetitive tasks, like typing the Company name and address every time a form needs to be filled-out.

  • Form is filled with tidy, legible, printer fonts, including bold and italic.

  • Many forms can be printed in one go.

  • Built-in Macros will perform calculations and copy the data from box to box.

  • Date, day, month, year in short and longhand can be placed in the box.

  • Amendments can be made before filling the actual form.

  • Our exclusive Correction Grid allows to print forms from different batches (with slight differences of size or alignment) without the need of redesigning the whole form.

  • You can work without a scanner by printing a reference grid in a blank form and then locating the text boxes there.

  • You can work with a scanner, by scanning the document and locating the text boxes on top of the scanned picture.

  • New Align Boxes tool, to make perfect alignments of rows and columns.

  • Step by step procedure is provided as a part of the program's Help.

AFXForm

To Fill-out pre-printed Forms With your PC's printer.

1- First, measure the size of your form.

3- Now, in the computer screen, you design the text boxes with the mouse making them match with the reference grid that was printed in the blank form.

2- Enter the size of the form in AFXShutDown. Then the program will print a grid in a blank form, so to have a reference where the text boxes are located.

4- Once all the boxes have been placed , type inside the boxes the text you want in the blank forms.

5- Place a blank form in the printer, and print the form you've just designed and filled-in. Only the content of the text boxes, at the proper place, is printed in the blank form. You can use, save and recall the design as many times as you want. You can also store and format the text in the boxes!
